Our relationship with you as a client is very important to us. We believe that integrity and respect fosters a lasting relationship, and so Kudzu pledges in writing to our clients to abide by the following Code of Ethics.

 Our adherence to this code signifies our assumption of self discipline.

Our Commitment to clients:

• We will serve our client with integrity, competence, independence, objectivity and professionalism.
• We will mutually establish with our client realistic expectations of the benefits and results of our service.
• We will only accept assignments for which we posses the requisite experience and competence to perform.
• We only engage staff, colleagues and vendors with the knowledge, expertise and skills appropriate to serve your needs.
• Before accepting an assignment we will establish a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, and fee arrangements.
• We will treat appropriately all confidential client information that is not public knowledge.
• We will take reasonable steps to prevent it from access by unauthorized people.
• We will avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of such and will immediately disclose to the client circumstances or interests that I believe may influence our judgment or objectivity.
• We will offer to withdraw from any consulting assignment when we believe our objectivity or integrity may be implied.
• We agree in advance with the client on the basis of our fees and expenses.
• We will not accept commissions, remuneration or other benefits from a third party in connections to a client without the client’s prior knowledge and consent.
• We will disclose in advance any financial interests in goods or services that form part of such recommendations.
